One more year, and this is the sixth edition, Starlite Festival is a must in Marbella summertime events. An unbeatable spot, concerts by the world top stars, shows, attractions, food, and much more in one of the benchmarks of Europe. You can’t simply miss it!
Like this time every year, we all organize our leisure time agenda to stay away from work and get started with a holiday planning we can certainly enjoy. In Marbella it is difficult not to have fun in summer, and if we also have the opportunity to see great stars and make the best use of the evening in a magic place such as the Marbella’s quarry, then the plan is twice as interesting.
Below we offer a description of what Starlite has to offer, as well as the activities you can take part in, ranging from a great quality gastronomic experience to different music, art, cinema areas, or simply relaxing while enjoying a drink.
- Gourmet: one more year Millesime is in charge of the gastronomic area with the restaurant and gastrobar “Mil Lunas”, where Chef José Luis Esteban will surely delight us with the latest dishes and trends in international cuisine. A unique place with a unique flavor, essential for lovers of the good life that Marbella has always been renowned as.
- Night: the night is not only a variety of concerts and stars. After each concert, the night starts in Starlite and does not end until 6:00 in the morning, every single day of the festival. There is no better plan than enjoying the warm Marbella nights with good company, music, and a magic atmosphere.
- Moda: Starlite surprises us every year with unique fashion shows of the best haute couture collections and great designers such as David Delfín, Lenny Niemeyer, Baruc Corazón, Sara Navarro, Walter Steiger, as well as Spanish top professional models like Laura Sánchez, Malena Costa, Cristina Tossío, and Verónica Blume, who will make of each catwalk an unforgettable experience.
- Cinema: Starlite puts on its best finery for the presentation of the top international cinema premieres, the venue being held at Spain’s biggest open air cinema screen. Stars mixed up with the sky of Marbella and our guests, some of them being celebrities like Sylvester Stallone, Wesley Snipes, Jason Statham, Kellan Lutz, Antonio Banderas, Imanol Arias, Alexandra Jiménez, and Javier Ruiz Caldera.
- Art: at Starlite Marbella nothing is left out, and a gallery area has been fitted where works of different styles by national and international artists will be displayed.
- Gala Starlite: Gala Starlite Marbella is Spain’s main charity event, as popular national and international celebrities gather, including the most influential personalities of social and political life, sports or business people such as Boris Becker, Joseph Fiennes, Jermaine Jackson, Tony Parker, and many more; and Starlite Gala has already awarded for their humanitarian commitment Mia Farrow, Carlos Slim, Deepak Chopra, Alejandro Sanz, Miguel Bosé, Daryl Hannah or Melanie Griffith, to name just a few. All of them together with Antonio Banderas show their most human side so that this year’s edition the funds that are raised fully go to Niños en Alegría founded by Sandra García-Sanjuán and Alejandra Alemán, and also to Lágrimas y Favores, founded by Antonio Banderas.
- VIP: this includes the VIP bubble boxes, tickets for the concerts with a special welcome pack, and Pure Starlite, 100 influencers of music, cinema, fashion, art, society and gastronomy, chosen for being part of Starlite essence.
